這種在恆春半島很難撿到.從以前到現在就只撿過一顆.今天去陳文德老師家挑了近千顆麂眼螺也沒看到這種.這種的本色應該是純白,只是不知道什麼原因,當批的迷你貝都被染成橘色的.

學名Zebina lis已不被WorMS接受,現在認證的學名是Zebina pupiniformis (Preston, 1908),中文名:唯美麂眼螺
本種於南,北海岸皆可發現,少見,南部曝光度較北部稍高.
